Sometimes I have to take the burners out and clean them in order to get back to the blue flame. Replace the regulator. Notice the difference between the refulators painted red and the plain silver ones. High pressure vs low pressure. You should have a silver regulator, if it's red, you will not...

Pour hot water on the tank and the frost line will tell you how much gas is left. Maybe you said that and I just didn't get it. Oh well try it, it works.

Glad the canning funnel worked for ya. Real glad to hear about the grinder under warranty. When I smoke my summer sausage I lay it flat on the grates, havent had a problem. If I make a lot I hang them in the big smoker but I don't use that much, to big. Naw not to big, just don't make 100...
I think most will agree about 1/4 to 1/3 lb per person for sammies and you may even have some leftovers. Boston butt looses about 40% when smoked and pulled and some say it's as high as 60% but I haven't lost that much yet. I smoke until 205 and it just falls apart. Don't forget the finishing...
Right, sandblast the bugger. Is this cut yet? If not, how is that going to happen. I have a 250gal tank but have second thoughts on how to cut it.
