    Sometimes I have to take the burners out and clean them in order to get back to the blue flame. Replace the regulator. Notice the difference between the refulators painted red and the plain silver ones. High pressure vs low pressure. You should have a silver regulator, if it's red, you will not...

    Pour hot water on the tank and the frost line will tell you how much gas is left. Maybe you said that and I just didn't get it. Oh well try it, it works. I knew you knew this. geob

    How much pulled pork?

    I think most will agree about 1/4 to 1/3 lb per person for sammies and you may even have some leftovers. Boston butt looses about 40% when smoked and pulled and some say it's as high as 60% but I haven't lost that much yet. I smoke until 205 and it just falls apart. Don't forget the finishing...
