well this weekend I am gonna give ribs my first try. I hope they turn out as good as everything else has. any big no-no's I need to watch out for ? ? Thanks ya'll will post qview when everything comes off
I have made about five so far and I like stuffing with chees jap peppers bbq sauce mushrooms and onions
than fry an egg to top throw it all on texas toast .......Sonic breakfast toasters aint got nothing on that ! ! !
I work with a guy who is diabetic and he says meats are fine .....I agree with try to avoid fatty ones and sweet sauces and it should be ok. Just have your wife watch her numbers after a meal to be safe.

Iseasoned the venison with carolina rump shake then injected with a little worcestershire sauce and bbq mix. took about 3 and a half hours to smoke the wind was killing my temp! ! sauteed the aspearagus and mushrooms with a little evoo and garlic salt. Honestly the venison came out awesome...
in the meantime I decided to smoke a fatty.....
got it all ready and threw it on the trusty brinkman char/wood
finally I am starving............

well planning on smoking a roast this weekend along with a couple of fatties! Gonna try a "healty one" turkey sausage and turkey bacon w/ veggies for the wife and a good ol regular one for me .......will post pics ! ! Hope everyone has a good one ! ! !
