Thanks!..1st run and it was a learning experience. After 5 hours on they were only about 165 internal temp and tough..wrapped em in foil for another hour and a half still not where I wanted them. Oh well..live and learn
Trying my first run today on a Char-Griller with side fire box ribs and bratwurst. Oakland County Michigan haven't heard great reviews about this sort of cheap smoker but I'll give it my best shot. This is the best site I have found for advice on all things smoking-related thanks everybody!
