    Smoked a couple of chix - Qview

    Somed these twins for my grandson's B-day party. The one on the left was a beer butt, the one on the right was apple butt. Hickory apple was the smoke. Commercial chicken rub was the top coat. Did a couple of butts too, post under pork.

    It is 5:23 EST Justed finished mopping my butts, they are at 155*F and the fat is just starting to release. The backyard has a wonderful smell of hickory, rub and cooking pork. It is the start of another wonderful day that I have been blessed with.
