First...simple but different
Here is my first fattie. Thawed out the last of the deer meat and used thick cut bacon. Used the left over bacon and cooked it and sprinkled it in the middle before I rolled it. So far I've read about 1000 different ways to do these, kinda like everything else lol! Can't wait to eat it...- throttlejunkie1

Well spent a few days with the wire wheel on the porter cable and got it all cleaned up. I ordered some new wheels and tires from etrailer.com. Now I'm just waiting on my friend to drop off my smoker to me this week so I can mate the two up!- throttlejunkie1
