    Phew, looks great! I love to smoke turkeys. I smoke one every thanksgiving. Did you brine it? I tried a dry poultry rub on mine one time....DON'T do a dry rub, the rub just cooked so long it changed the flavor of it by the end, since the bird has to be on there so long...Happy Smoking.

    ADVICE: Need a new grill - Weber vs. Char-Griller

    I'd say Weber too. Better quality grill too. Like other people have posted, you can still smoke in the weber, just have an indirect heat setup in there. Definitely Weber.

    Ok, I've heard so many different opinions and answers to this question. But there are numerous brands of Charcoal out there, and different forms of charcoal. But What I want to know is, what brand or kind (lump or briquette) of charcoal lights faster and lasts longer with minimum ash left over.

    Pulled Pork for Graduation
