What brine is recommended for a whole turkey to be smoked?

Kitchen Aid Pasta Maker
I usually roll it out so thin im practically at the thickness I like. But im gonna take these tips and give it another try. I have a hand crank roller that works pretty good but it would save a lot of time with the kitchen Aid.- JLinza

I had a very hard time getting the pasta to feed through the roller & cutter on mine. It's possible that the fault is mine, maybe I just don’t know how to use it properly. But I went back to rolling it out by hand.- JLinza

Yes, a picture will definitely help. Assuming you have the water turned off, try to open the valve and then un-thread it from the valve housing. I've seen that alot. A closed valve while trying to loosen it, is darn near impossible- JLinza
