22.5 WSM!!!!!
I'm going to do my first smoke on it this weekend. Any ideas or tips? From what I read the WSM's run hot the first couple of smokes. I'm thinking ribs, minion method and possible a 3-2-1. Thanks- gorilla

Just bit the bullet and pulled the trigger on the 22.5 Weber Smokey Mountain!!!! Pretty stoked after reading all the killer reviews and drooling over all the Q-view's. I was dumb and bought a Brinkmann, used it twice, modified it and it still was really inconsistent. I can't wait to get into...- gorilla
