Never heard of using a mixer. With enough help I can get done in about 20 minutes or so. You don't have any feeling left in your fingers but it's less cleanup.

I noticed that after about 4 smokes my WSMs are settling in and the racks that hold the water pan and grills are no longer true.
I thought someone recently solved this by adding some washers.
What sort of washers should I use? Stainless steel?

I had to remove the ET-73s when I put the ribs on flat but the lid therm and the ET-73s were the same.
