You'll get to 140-150 and stop a while. Plus mine always depends on how much meat I have in the smoker as well as the size of the cut. If I only have one piece in it goes much quicker than wen I fill the smoker.

Don't EVER throw it away unless it it burnt and dry. It may not be perfect but if you just let it keep going to 200 and pull it, it will be good. The only thing you have sacrificed is a little smoke flavor. Keep going Lance, NEVER SAY DIE!!

Won't work for me. I am one of those backward folks that still uses the #22 universal hand crank. I remove the plate and knife and replace it with the small ss pieces provided with the stuffing kit. It works great on anything larger but not on snack sticks.

Did the Wicked beans last night......WOW the family did a triple Lindy and came back for more!!! Hands down the best beans I ever ate. That is a recipe that will stay handy!! Thanks for that one!!

My wife is creating a cookbook for both daughters with all of the recipes that we actually use around the house, written in to the recipes are the family legends surrounding the recipe or maybe a funny family anecdote. Printed on good quality paper and in page protectors almost scrapbook style...
My own personal don't is I will not make snack sticks again until I get a vertical stuffer. Used my grinder last time and WOW what a pain!!! A lot of pressure to get meat mixture into those little casings.
