    Don't worry, You'll get to 140-150 and stop a while. Plus mine always depends on how much meat I have in the smoker as well as the size of the cut. If I only have one piece in it goes much quicker than wen I fill the smoker. LS

    Don't EVER throw it away unless it it burnt and dry. It may not be perfect but if you just let it keep going to 200 and pull it, it will be good. The only thing you have sacrificed is a little smoke flavor. Keep going Lance, NEVER SAY DIE!! LS

    BIg Arm, Won't work for me. I am one of those backward folks that still uses the #22 universal hand crank. I remove the plate and knife and replace it with the small ss pieces provided with the stuffing kit. It works great on anything larger but not on snack sticks. LS

    My own personal don't is I will not make snack sticks again until I get a vertical stuffer. Used my grinder last time and WOW what a pain!!! A lot of pressure to get meat mixture into those little casings. Good Luck LS
