    Lemon pepper pork ribs

    Coated the ribs with Lemon Pepper rub, and put real good dose of lemon juice in the water that I had in the GSM. Crusty outside, juicy and tender inside. You can smell the lemon in the smoke! Used charcoal and 3 chunks of Hickory. Pretty darn good!
