It's been a while since I've been on. My wife has been having some digestive health issues, so that kinda put a damper on the late summer smoking fun. However, with Thanksgiving fast approaching, we decided to host at our house rather than make the long treck to the in-laws...
Oh, and on a final note, here's what happens with you combine the leftover beans and pork, a can of tomato sauce, a can of Rotel, diced fresh green pepper, a half onion, some spices, and a can of Bush's chili beans with sauce in the crock pot...pulled pork chili.
