    ive been looking for a good chili dog recipe.....i love em and not too much a fan of the store bought. ill give this a try soon.... never heard of a tommy burger either here in kentucky.

    good color on those cheeses.....should be pretty tasty......its hard to wait....but ive tried it fresh out of smoker, and a day or two later....just to see, and then a few weeks later...big difference.

    Brisket - Using Advice from SMF (w Q-View)

    looks good man..... i too usually trim the fat....but not all off, it keeps that baby moist. looks like ya got it down, a brisket is a patient smoke....just keep that temp down and a beer in your hand, and it will be perfect.
