how far do you stick in the probe lets sai in a pork butt roast w/o bone.i used the temp prob for turkey and it gave me a false reading. it said my turkey was done in two hours i didnt belive it so i checked with my other one and it was only at 140. i checked bothe old and new in boiling water...- got smoke

2008 Annual SMF Gathering Alert
