    Census.....

I worked as a census taker in 1990. If you get the long form it asks questions such as...how many flush toilets inthis home, how many miles do you drive to work, and about 70 other questions that are, in my opinion, none of their business. I'll answer how many people live in this address...

    any deer hunters here

When I lived in Ga. I hunted every weekend from the opening of dove season until the end of quail season except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Most of that hunting was deer hunting. Hunted with bow, muzzle loader, and modern firearms. Have not deer hunted since moving to Fl. 7 years ago. I...

Yes I have a six rack digital that I bought at the same tine BeerBque bought his. I have used it exclusively since purchasing. I did this to compare results to my GOSM propane. There is no comparison. The Bradley is convienant because it is on the deck rather than out in the yard as the GOSM...

Do I have to pull my Butts tonight??

I smoked a butt the other day. It hit 195 degrees at about 10:30pm. I foiled it and put it in the cooler with a bunch of beach towels on top. At 2:00pm the next day I tookit out still very warm and pulled it. I may be mistaken but it seems to me that if the meat is heated to 190f and sealed...

    Wet Or Dry Wood?

If you watch the wood as it heats up...the water in wet wood boils off then the wood starts to burn. With dry wood you skip the boiling part. At least that is my experiance. I can't find any benefit to soaking wood even though so "bbq experts" recomend soaking. Scott

Narrowed it down need your input

I have both a GOSM propane and a Bradley electric. I much prefer the propane. With an electric you do not get a smoke ring so the Q never looks as good. The reason that I got the electric was to put it on a wooden deck. I can use it when it rains, the propane is out at the back of the yard...
