    How does that affect the drying of the Jerky as the heat circulates?  Will I have to 'turn' the strips during dehydrating?

    How do you clean 'drippings' on the Cabelas 160 lit. easily?

    Hi, Just got my Cabelas 160 and love it, but not the cleaning!  My Jerky dripped onto the bottom of dehydrater and it was a 'pain' to clean.  Anyone have any easy ideas on how to keep this from being too much a chore?
