I'm starting to really look at grills and BBQ the wife is insisting on a gas grill or one like the one I have the Char-Grill looks to be much better constructed then the Brinkmann. She even said she let me buy the weber summit and a smoker. Now we're getting some where I guess those smoke park...
Well I looked at the char grill at Loews it appears to be a much heavier gauge steel then the Brinkmann. But Char-Grill doesn't list the extra smoke box on their website do they still make it? Or do you have to modifie a smaller grill?
I hear you on that But the part that is rusting out should not be failing that fast. I'm looking for a quality replacement for this grill.
I have two Kettles and love them and take no care of them and they look new in side compared to the Brinkmann and one is 10years old.

Well my Brinkmann is dying {rusting apart} it a Duel Fuel and I liked it a lot, but it has cost my around $100 dollars to own for two years I cover it in the off season and leave it uncovers in the grilling season cause it is used most days I except that one part is my fault cause I left ash and...
OK well I was graced this year with deer in hunting camp. I had the deer processed in to food stuffs the kid would eat or not notice it was what it was. I have 4 nice size deer tenderloins that are smoked{ some one said they are hard smoked no clue what that means}.
What can I do with these?
