Well I unplugged it to see if the control panel was wet it wasnt showing sign of water getting into it so I plugged it back in and BAZINGA IT ALIVE ALIIIVVVEEE. GO FIGURE.

What just happened I started the MES to smoke some ribs it went on and off then I started it again all good was letting it warm up for tonights and 30 minutes later it was off and ice cold. WTF

Well the next beef o smoke I'll leave the grate open I seem to get a lot of stream out the vet when close so may be this will release the extra moisture and not let the extra smoke stick too the meat
Well I'm going to say it stalled 7:15am and it at 164°will I'm going to give it another 45 min an if it dose start to climb a little I'll crank up the heat a little
Well 3:40am it at 160°that's a lot faster them I was expecting so I lowered the temp to 220° hope to slow it down some only 8hrs to lunch and all.
Man I need to check the temp in this thing.
