    Great looking TBS. I prefer 2-2-1 for baby backs. Seems they need less time to cook and still take plenty of smoke.

    A little fill in. I cooked the ribs in the smoker at 225 for 2 hours then wrapped in the oven at 225 for 2 hours. Added some cattlemans and cooked uncovered for 30 minutes. A little too falling off the bone for me. But tasted great. The butt I smoked till 160 then in the oven wrapped till 200...
