Now it's time to practice, practice, practice.
I have done brisket and pork butt and ribs in mine, they are nice smokers
I'll be down there in a couple weeks, maybe I will see you when I'm there
I would say it's the cure also, we put some pork in a buckboard bacon cure for canadian bacon 10 days before xmas with the wifes side, 3 brothers and there wives and her dad, and we smoked the canadian bacon that morning before they came over, all of them wanted to know where I bought the ham...
Allot (including both of mine) have had the electrical connectors break off inside the back panel, but being yours heated to 42° I doubt that is your problem
We are flying down there and the buddy and my mom asked me "are you sure there is no way you can bring a smoker"
Yea, even just pulled pork would do, I'll keep you in mind, I'm trying to talk my buddy into by a MES and I'll show him how to use it while I am down there
The wife and I will be down there at a buddies by that Country Club and my mom is in Phoenix, from February 5th to the 16th and I was maybe looking for someone close to my buddies to maybe do a brisket and pork butt for us
We did a Fatty stuffed with Lemon Pepper chicken we smoked a couple months ago, and also with mozzarella cheese, onions and half of the box of cooked Zatarain rice pilaf, we sliced it and ate it on town house crackers, it was excellent
The wife and I went to the range yesterday and shot our Glock 27 and our Taurus Millenium Pro .40 I keep the Taurus in the safe so I like to make sure she keeps on on how to handle it if needed.
I'm laid off also and since I don't ice fish or snowmobile I bring the wife to work then go to the gym, then surf till the wife calls me then I pick her up and go to the gym with her.
So my answer is, too much
