    Looming for a charcoal smoker - $200 range

    If your looking for an offset there's the chargriller outlaw (which I own and love) and the brinkman trailmaster limited edition. Both require mods but when done right you get excellent results. I think they're around $300 plus any mods you do. They're are not set an forget.

    Thanks CM. The sauce was awesome. It's Jeff's recipe (modified), with pineapple juice added to give it a little extra zing.

    Thanks Red and Justin. Was really happy with the BBs and the beans. Those beans are one of my favorite side dishes, and they're so easy to make.
