Everything sounds great!!! Looks like your in for one tasty meal today!!! Glad to see the snow didn't dampen your spirits. We got 8 inches yesterday in NE PA.
Gotta agree.....those are some fine looking birds. Looks like you got some nice color going on already. There's sure going to be a tasty meal coming from that pit!!!
I take my bird out of brine, rinse it off and dry well by patting down and sit in front of fan for half hour. I then rub the bird down with EVOO, then hit with a little rub and then on the pit.
Dang it Josie, you are making me drool at 7 am. :drool All those pics look so good. I think you had that win locked with any of those dishes. They all look so good. If you send me one of each, I can tell you which one is best.
All great looking stuff (except for last pic....yikes!!!). I did a pork loin a few days ago, and it was banging. Congrats on you past successes, and good luck with your next smoke. Hope to see some great pics.
Thanks so much Disco and David!!! It's 230 pm so I'm not sure if this qualifies for a late lunch or early dinner, but I had to try it. It is so tasty and juicy, and so tender that I was able to cut through my piece with a fork.
