Great job on the mods. It is reading info such as this that is seriously tempting me to purchase one of these units. I would very much be interested in doing all the mods mentioned, my only concern and I'm hoping someone will chime in and help out is can this unit be used throughout the winter...
Well its been 4 hrs now, time to take the cheese off the smoker..........thought I'd do a before/after shot.
Now its off to the fridge to rest for 1-2 days before vacuum sealing it up....................
