    Everybody who enjoys meatloaf should try smoking one. It is superb!!! Smoker temp was 275F, IT should be between 160-165F, time will be 2.5 to 3 hours. You will love it!!

    Howdy! If you do set your amnps on the bottom rack keep it as far left as you can so the heating element doesn't burn up the whole rows of pellets. I would also put a disposable aluminum pan with water directly above the amnps to protect it and hydrate the wings. For me this is way better than...

    Ok here it is done about 2 3/4 hours later at an IT of 162F. Here it is plated. I'll have some sliced pics later, right now I must run errands..... Thanks for looking! -Rich

    Thank you! Getting ready to take it off in a few minutes once it hits 160 IT. MES30 was ALL OVER the place temp wise. Had it set for 275F, maverick read anywhere from 249F to 295F depending on when I looked at it....forgot to mention I also put some shaved Grana Padano cheese in the loaf!

    I've seen lots of loaf posts so I'll keep mine short and sweet.... 5lbs of 80/20 chuck, chopped onion, 4 slices of bread, milk to soak the bread, 5 eggs and lots of paprika. Put a small piece of foil under it for some reason..... Then into the mes30 at top speed. Using Todd's Pitmaster's...
