    We Need A Cheese Sticky

    I'm tryin to smoke some colby for the first time. I went into the cheese section to see what's up. I didn't see any sticky's there for smokin cheeses. I think it's a good idea to put up just a basic cheese smokin sticky. Thanks gang, --ray--

    No I didn't have any problems. My smoker temp to get thru that was 290-300. It took about 3 hours and I was thru. I lowered the smoker temp once I made it by the 140 mark. --ray--
