    Here are some pictures of our Super Bowl cook!!! The menu was 4 racks of ribs, 8lb pork butt(pulled), 2 whole chickens (pulled), 16 thighs, 9lb homeade brats, 32 Abt's , 1 brisket, fried potatoes, & dutch's beans!! Then there was the stuff not prepared on the smoker, shrim ring, homeade salsa...

    would have to agree with Placebo have done this several times & seem to be much moister than normal! Did some a couple of weeks ago & turned out to be the best ribs i ever made. Been fine tunning for comps this year will see how it turns out!!!
