12lbs of snack sticks this weekend!!!
i bought a #8 lem grinder at basspro which has stuffing attachments with it as for casings & stuff bought a high mountain kit at bass pro also. -

Roughly 2hrs at around 200-220. usually stick a temp probe in one about 1hr into it to keep an eye on it. Been ussing my reverse flow but going to have to build a smoke house i think!!!! -

I need some advice on gun buying
Check out the tc encore pro hunter can buy any barrel for it you want !! Only down fall have to be a good shot cause you only have 1!!! I have the encore itself with 50cal barrel & 12 ga. love it only gun i deer hunt with now!!!- gene111

75lbs of pulled pork!!
wife ask us to cook some pulled pork for the school fair so we ordered 75lbs of butts here's a picture of them cooked was to tired to take a picture after pulling . lol going to have to find a machine for that. lol Got hungry & made some extra's while waiting, ABT's chicken bunt ends -
