    Ok so i figure the game hen and the smoked sausage will only take a couple hours and this 8lbssome butt will take approximately 13-16 hours and im figuring on putting them in around 10 in the am

    Hi all fellow smokers here's a pic of tonights smoked hamburgers stuffed with marble jack and seasoned with salt ans pepper and for the side some baked potatoes. Now i have a question i love grilled burgers with bbq sauce so the question is to sauce or not to sauce?

    humdinger, i have a couple questions. Have you done any mods or does the landman work good out of the box and what about full slabs of ribs and shoulders or a brisket do they fit without cutting them?
