Almost 12i hours in ive been checking on my que every 4 hours throughout the night its hit the 175*f mark should be ready for pulling at around lunchtime i hope
Ok so its been about two hours into the smoke and it looks good temp running right at 225*f with good tbs flowing threw also ive got a tinfoil pan with about a cup of cider vinegar and 3 cups water seamed to work good on the last pork shoulder so i hope it wors as well with this one
