    Rear-Facing Reverse-Flow Barbecue Trailer

I hate it when the spool runs empty!! Spankerchief!! That looks like a fun little rig you got going there. As far as any calculations go just search the pit calculator and plug your dimensions into it. It will give you the numbers your looking for. I used it for my build and it has worked like a...

The word is out.... good or bad..... here we go!

I think I'll look into that. It would come in handy when we take it to the lake for the weekend. First I have to replace the junk wiring harness that came with it. Got double shifts all week so I'm gonna try to do that this weekend.

Somehow I think Nebraska is going to find a new way to come up with an "outrigger tax" if I do this. But as usual I'll probably do it anyway.

    recycled smoker

Sounds alot like the wind choking the fire out, I agree with sqwib. If you have the air space and intake below the grate you can try like I had to this week. Try turning your rig into the wind so it's not getting broadsided. It's not a plne but funny enough it took care of the problem for me and...

Good looking build!! I agree that moving your fire grate up should solve your temp issue. The brisket looks wonderful!!

The word is out.... good or bad..... here we go!

Bearcarver, maybe I should make some outriggers for it in case that becomes a problem. After this cook, the orders for ribs a brisket are already starting to come in. Maybe it will pay for itself this summer.
