very nice, all i ever use is garlic salt, onion powder and course ground black pepper, no foil..........might have to try them naked next time..........good lookin ribs for sure.............t
the atmosphere and knowledge here are outstanding...... i have learned sooooo much. as you have been told, take the 5 day e course, then read read read.......alot of the posts here will pertain to any type of smoker. Time, temp etc. This is a great place to learn............roll tide and keep...

the menu here is baby backs in the smoker, and some garlic and herb parmesean wings in the oven.............chips, a cold beer or twenty and watch the game...........t
you got the hose going down, smoke rises.........just a thought, i am certainly no expert, the fan may pull too much and cause you to lose temp, dunno............t
Hi all, this is a wonderful forum, just got an MES 30 this week and did the 2-2-1 baby backs yesterday for the game. OMG were those good. Roll Tide and keep smoking.
