    Cold Smoking Turkey

    Thats the safest route. I cured a turkey a couple months ago and it turned out great, but I smoked it at 275 till done afterward. I understand wanting to add smoke flavor, but I don't think cold smoking is the way to go at all. Try curing one, it turned out really good.

    Thats the only way to eat ham. You will be suprised at how flavorful the ham will be. Search for a thread by Piginit, he used a strawberry glaze that looked so good I tried it this year. Pics to come....

    Same here, but I purchased it from Walmart with lid. I marked it "TURKEY" so i don't use it for any other reason. Works like a charm, just wash it before and after each use.
