Its been awhile since I fired up the Masterbuilt so decided on some spare ribs to share with some friends. Found spares for $1.98/Lb. not a bad price.

Do a search on here for wood types. It really comes down to what you like. I do a lot of Tri tips and always use oak. Also mix in apple or cherry when doing pork. I just did some pork tenderloin the other day and mixed pecan and apple.

We were hosting dinner for 12 so decided to fire up the smoker. Settled on pork tenderloin that we picked up at Costco.
Used Jeff's Naked Rub on 2 and SPOG on the other 2.
Into the Masterbuilt with a mix of pecan and apple chunks for the smoke.
About 2 hours, smoked to an IT of 142* F...
