    London Broil

I smoke theses quit often, I would smoke for 1.5 hrs at 225 then reverse sear it on a hot grill. I would also suggest to marinade it for at least 3-4 hrs prior to smoking. I shoot for pulling at an IT of 125-130 and let rest half hour before slicing in to it. If any leftovers real thin slice for...

Not getting any smoke into my meat!

Electric smokers are not the best at giving a smoke ring or even flavor depending on the type of wood used, most people that use them use an A-Maze-N or similar tool to help with adding smoke and flavor.

    Advise: sawdust vs pellets

Any of the pellets that I have had, if they get wet, it turns them to sawdust and no blender is needed. Learned this by mistake and now keep my pellets in a 5 gallon bucket in the back of the truck when traveling.

    Portable smoker recommendations please

I use pellets that have gotten wet, which turned them to sawdust, that works much better than the pellets or chips as they tend to catch fire, i fill both the chip and water tray with saw dust and the chip tray will smoke for a good 30/45 mins, while the water pan takes a little longer to get...

What's so great about the Blackstone griddle?

I think you can but a gill top for them. Might not be the black stone but I know I have seen them. I have the 30" black stone for home use and the 17" that I keep in my truck for work travel. I love them them both, use the 17" more as I travel so much lately.
