    Boston butt taking a long times it still safe?

    105 degrees after all that time?  what the heck.....is your smoker only brewing at about 130 degrees or what?  that is crazy, jack that sucker up and get some heat in there....you need to double check that therm. and make sure it is working.......not a problem I've ever had thank goodness

    putting out smoke certainly doesn't seem to be a problem......the neighbors have got to be jealous when you fire that baby up and the sweet smell of Q filters thoughout the neighborhood!
