holy smokes......right there with you brother, my lady won't hesitate to give me her 'expert' opinion on whether she likes what I smoked.....but when it comes down to it Q is a personal thing.....I say push a little meat in the back plain...and make the rest like you like it....

Chef Jimmy sent me this 'foil juice' recipe awhile back and I used it on some BB.....won't make them again without it! We loved it.......haven't tried it on pulled pork yet but will the next time out....thx Chef for your post
