    Ok, so the maiden voyage went well (if a bit long), so I am ready for the 4th of July. My plan is to load that puppy up.     The wife just pulled the fresh homemade rolls from the oven... guests for dinner tonight to show off the PP. My wife said "fatty butts never looked so good!"     After reading many threads, I decided not to foil. I also cut the fat cap off one and left the other on... In the future, I think I will remove fat caps... as I like the extra bark. Like everyone says, experiment and do what you like most. My pics were in another thread...
