    I received my TP08 and TP03 in the mail today and will be testing them on the smoker this weekend with ribs, spatchcock chicken and beans. I have to say so far I am impressed as the meat probe, bbq probe and TP03 were all right on the nutz when testing them in ice water and boiling water. Yes...
