    Just wanted to post up a lunch from this past weekend. Thawed out a couple goose breast from this past hunting season. Stuffed them with cream cheese mixed with Chipotle cheese and canned jalapenos. put a nice coating of rub on the goose and then wrapped in bacon and smoked at 225 for roughly 2...

    You could always use two pieces of Square tubing. Would be a little more stable than rocks.

    Only 1 line is functional. Its a pretty simple set up as the laundry room/Utility room is on the other side of the tan wall. There is a Kegerator with a conversion kit and blower. Run the lines through an insulated pvc pipe. Total length from Kegerator to tap is less than 5'.

    I completely agree. Todd's products are top notch quality and second to none. His customer service is by far the best i have ever seen in any industry. Every time i stop by the shop to pick up pellets and pick Todd's brain i am treated like family.

    You could could put it under the oven broiler after you pull it off the smoker or smoke at a higher temp 325-350.
