    That comes from making a living as a tow truck driver. All wheel parts and hitch came from used stuff in the tow yard including the fire box that was a tool box off one of our trucks, thats a 80 gallon air compresssor tank.

    Has anyone tried making a holder from aluminum 1/8'' thick. Does aluminum warp? Is it safe to use? Please help thanks

    Went to a bbq smackdown against six diffrent cookers. It was cook what ever you want. I smoked 2 briskets, 2 pork shoulders, and 6 full racks of ribs. The winning item was the brisket.     I would say it will be done in about 4hrs. Pull it out, wrap in a towel and a cooler for and hour or two, pull and serve, Enjoy
