    Another Pulled Pork ...JJ

I'm sure it's hard not to be overly critical of your own work, being a Chef and all. :) Looks delicious! And those greens are calling my name, they look perfect. I have a deficient amount of vegetables in my life, so they get me excited now! ;p Thank you for the recipes too! My little terrier...

Look at my pork and buns!

Aww dang Roller, I was hoping I could cure ya! hehe, I prolly made it worse, doh! Thanks for the compliments. :) CJJ, I once used some other brand of sausage instead of Jimmy Dean. It did not work, there was a pool of grease and the bottoms stuck to pan, unedible. I guess it's the fat content...

    Wonder Which Bread recipe would....

Hey bonnie b :) I like your enthusiasm, nice to meet you. Candy can be difficult too. Chef JimmyJ- I baked at 350*. The picture came out darker than it really was, it looks black in the pic but was more like dark brown. The dark spots were actually palatable with icing, it was the dry texture...

Thank you PGSmoker64! King Cake is actually more like a bread than cake. A desert made to celebrate um... some part of roman catholic lenten season. Right now it's feast time, and when Mardi Gras is over on Fat Tuesday it's time to fast. Lady Kat that recipe looks very familiar! :) I...

Thank you Lady Kat. (hugs) I think it's time to buy a new oven, one of them self cleaning ones. :) BTW, I really think making the dough cinnamon flavor was a good call, definitely do that!

*warning- this is one of those learn from my mistakes post" I made the King Cake... I thought it was an epic fail, but I finished what I started, and in the end it was edible, and to my surprise... tasty! I made the colored sugar with processed white sugar. A larger granule would have made a...
