Maybe it is a setting issue on my computers at work, since the switch I don't get on much at home. Can't get highspeed out where I live. I will give it a shot tonight and see if it still delays like it does on all the machines at work.
Another feature that would be nice would be an option in the CP to turn off all the snazzy scrolling. If my post is at the top of the page followed by many replies and I click edit... instead of jumping down to the bottom instantly and letting me edit it and being done with it we have to sit...
Also the brown sugar caramelizes and will make it look darker as well. If you continue to have blackened outsides even with foil... try using a rub that doesn't have so much brown sugar in it.

That's a very nice smoker you have there. I hate that it is not getting up to temp, but like cheech said post up some pics of the inside of the smoker, and the firebox side and I'm sure some of these Q-engineers will give you the answers you desire!
What would the overhead be to just make a "premier\otbs" badge? Or would that be impossible or too much overhead to accomplish?
Anyway, at this point I am neither, but it was just a suggestion. Choosing between the two would be like choosing a favorite between my kids.
I do... my water pan normally is water, apple juice and a splash of apple cider vinegar.

I am the same way, I'd rather wait a little longer and get as many posts as possible on one page... but I know that isn't everyone's cup of tea. Hopefully they will implement this as an option eventually.
Have a brisket, 4 racks of spares and two butts going to fill up the smoker this weekend for sure! Also have all the fixins for some standard ABT's as well. Should be delicious!!!

That gives approx cook time, the important thing to remember is every piece of meat you buy will be different. Always go by finished temperature and never solely on time!!
