Hi All,
After reading the 5 day course, I ordered the recipes and rub recipe from Jeff. Any idea how long it takes to get them once you order?
Thanks in advance!

Welcome aboard! There's a forum dedicated to mods and you might find some threads similar to what you're looking to do there. Thanks for the QView! Looks great with the ECB...

Welcome to the SMF! Fun place to hang and learn. Looking forward to your first QView, too. I'm newish here as well. I have found that people not only get excited about meals they have smoked, but also RZEALLY-REALLY excited to see pictures of others' smoking endeavors, too! Enjoy the...
Welcome to the SMF! As long as it's pork it should make pork BBQ! I guess a better cut would make better BBQ, but that's a guess on my part. Post some QView (pics of your BBQ)!
Take care,
Brian

Have a great time here!

Later and Welcome to SMF!

That looks fantastic! We're having our ThanksTurkey Day meal tomorrow. I can tell you what's on the menu for later in the week!
Thanks for the tip!
Brian
Well, it went "mostly" well for my maiden voyage. It looked beautiful when finished but was just the tiniest bit drier than I was hoping for. But, my temps were up and down throughout the smoke as I'm still learning the way the coal/wood burns and how to manage my vents a little better. I...
