I usually do baby backs 3-1-1 method and St. Louis 3-2-1 method both at 225 and have had good results with it being super tender and juicy but still can cut the racks.
That’s not the model of foodsaver I had but that being said I use my foodsaver at least 6 to 8 times a month over the past 2 years and haven’t had any issues at all
Lumber jack pellets are probably the best pellet along with cooking pellet brand. I also like BBQ delight pellets. Stay away from traeger and pitboss they produce a lot of ash and the traeger uses oils to produce flavor. I also have a Rec Teq bull. You will love it it’s a great smoker compared...
I didn’t have time to make pizza dough so I used some fresh naan bread. Made a beshamal sauce used fresh figs, caramelized onions, pancetta, Gorgonzola cheese then put on hot grille for about 5 min. When I removed I drizzled with a fig balsamic reduction glaze. It was fantastic.
Went to food lion yesterday and grabbed 4 turkey breasts, cant beat that price. I put 3 in the freezer and have 1 in the fridge defrosting. Going to brine it and smoke her saturday or sunday
This is the method I use. I have done all 3 recipes but like the simple one the best. I have a Rec Tec and have used maple, cherry and apple pellets. I will never buy bacon again after making my own
