    We've Had Enough!

Usually when we get that much (which I pray we don't) you will see a lot of flat top buildings with people on them running snowblowers. Not to sure that would be to safe to do there at this point.

Check out this email about how to identify an original OKJ unit.

I was looking at the Horizon smokers and they look outstanding. Glad I passed on the OKJ few weeks ago. It's hard to get around but I really hate most Chinese crap. If I don't end up building one this year I'm in for a, Made In The USA Horizon. Just my 2 cents.

I don't know a lot about smoking or your smoker but I have the brinkman electric and when I was smoking my butt a few weeks ago i had to throw a moving blanket over the top of it to hold the heat in. I live in Iowa so it's cold here and I'm sure it's colder there. This may not work or be a good...

    Building my own smokehouse

I've been reading on here a lot lately and I got interested in building my own smoker. I want to use the cinder blocks 4 foot by 3 foot and 3 blocks high then build the rest out of wood. I've been reading and searching all over here and the internet on how to get started. I've seen some that...
