    That looks great!  All these prime ribs are going to have been converting from a pork to beef guy!  Nothing like some low n slow beef flavor.

    The BEST Christmas present ever!

    Congratulations, Dutch!  Great to hear all are doing well!   I got to spend this Christmas with my 19 month old granddaughter, what a treat it was!  Them little ones are so special! That is one special Christmas present!

    You'll never know the mustard was there.  I've been using extra virgin olive oil lately too which works good if you don't have mustard.
