    Here's one from last year. It's a 25 LB'er and it barely fit on the chargriller. No way would it fit on my UDS. Good luck with yours.

    Mostly leftovers on the BSK

    Started out with cream cheese stuffed Japs topped off with some pre smoked hot cheese. Corn, chicken thigh and potatoe from yesterday. Bushes baked beans, sorry. The corn is gonna be added to salsa and used on the sausage. The ATB's are a snack... It's hard to see the TBS but the Keg is...

    Summer Sausage and cure

    You done allright. As long as you added the cure to the seasonings then mixed and stuffed your good to go. Smoke them to an internal temp of 155*. Quick cool in cold running water or an ice bath to under 100*. Call me when your done, I'll be right over....

    For this it was at grate level. In the furture a chart showing meat temp of say a Butt would be interesting. That's an idea for another post

    I agree, Up north here ion the shores of Lake Erie our HD and other store don't stock such thinge. If you can get a Bubba Keg I'm sure it would work simulr to my Big Steel Keg. Goto my post and look it over. http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/forum/newestpost/94648
