    Meowey, do not use 3-2-1 on country style ribs. You can go with the technique, but the acutal times will have to be modified. If I were you, I would try for a meatloaf. Very easy to do, and impresses people when you tell them you smoked a meatloaf.

    New grill

    Nice score, I have a propane unit like that. Love to go to the parks, and do hot links. At one time that was the only cooker I had for outside use. Next was a Weber Kettle and then I really had fun.

    Welcome Sapper. Grab a cold one and jump right in. I personaly do not use wood chips in my smoker, I prefer to use wood chunks. I do not soak them, wet chips have to smolder to dry out before they can smoke....the difference between good thin blue smoke and the hated/dreaded white smoke...
