So I decided to try smoking a roast. Started with a beautiful Black Angus Sirloin Tip Roast straight from my farm. Rubbed it with Montreal steak spice and a venision rub mixture.
Then let that baby sit in the fridge over night wrapped

Pike is very easy to fillet without bones. Search how to fillet northern pike on youtube there are lots of videos on how to do it. Ive got some in the freezer from our june trip to the french river. May have to try smoking it. Usually we do it in the turkey fryer with fresh cut fries
Ya blair's is amazing. I have 7 or 8 of their sauces. Nobody comes close to the heat their sauces. I had some 3am reserve but ill be honest im kinda chicken shit to try it

I'm currently on the hunt for tips on how to smoke a moose roast. Moose season starts in like 6 weeks so I've gotta clean out the freezer.
