I have a great friend who has been doing some "new diet" fad. You have to go though a series of injections and have some ultra strict diet. After the injections, you can eat anything but carbs for a period of weeks. He just started the no carb portion and has begged me to make him some ribs...
This is my first attempt at spares. I trimmed them to St. Louis style, just because that is what I prefer to eat. However I have a bunch of scraps that have some good meat to them. Any ideas or "tips" on how to or what to put these pork pieces in?
